Measurement Tutorial Video
The Bespoke Shoe Measurement Process
This is the process of how we measure your feet for your custom made bespoke dress shoes after you select the leather sample you would like the shoes (and matching belt) to be made from. We also take the measurements on both feet, as most people tend to have some minor size differences between their two feet.
- Placing your bare foot on a piece of paper, we trace its complete outline, including your toes.
- Next we measure the foot’s circumference around the ball of your foot.
- Then we measure the circumference around your foot’s arch (instep).
- Lastly, we measure the circumference from under your heel to around the top of your foot, just before the ankle.
- Repeat these steps on the other foot.
